Qualidade de Impressão
A SC-P20500 utiliza a cabeça de impressão PrecisionCore MicroTFP, a mesma usada na SC-P20000 e SC-P9500, com o conjunto de tintas UltraChrome PRO 12, que inclui as cores laranja, verde e violeta para uma gama de cores mais ampla. A tecnologia Black Enhance Overcoat (BEO) proporciona pretos mais profundos, melhor contraste e tonalidade aprimorada em suportes brilhantes.

Produtividade
A impressora SC-P20500 oferece velocidades de impressão rápidas, sacos de tinta de 1,6 litros, o que reduz a necessidade de substituições frequentes. A SC-P20500 requer cerca de metade das substituições de tinta comparada à sua antecessora, a SC-P20000. Inclui também um SSD de 960 GB autoencriptado, permitindo ao usuário armazenar e reimprimir diretamente do ecrã tátil da impressora, sem a necessidade de um PC.

Facilidade de Utilização
A SC-P20500 inclui um ecrã tátil LCD de 4,3 polegadas para um funcionamento muito intuitivo. O adaptador de rolo facilita o carregamento de suportes pesados.

Fiabilidade
A tecnologia de verificação dos injetores (NVT) ajusta automaticamente os injetores para evitar obstrução, garantindo uma reprodução fiável. A impressora conta ainda com funcionalidades de automanutenção, como a tampa antipoeira para proteger a cabeça de impressão e suportes.

Preocupação Ambiental
As bolsas de tinta de 1,6 litros utilizam menos plástico por litro em comparação com tinteiros tradicionais. A SC-P20500 é certificada com a norma ENERGY STAR Ver.3.1.
